Topics: Data Access Application Block

I get the below error when i create a database object from the database factory class.

The current build operation (build key Build Key[Microsoft.Practices.EnterpriseLibrary.Data.Database, PSConnection]) failed:  (Strategy type ConfiguredObjectStrategy, index 2)

where PSConnection is the name of the DBConnection in the Web config

What could be the reason?

Any other details you can add?  Is there an inner exception?  Are you running on a Vista environment?

Do you have any other logs than this one? Is this a WCF application? Have you tried debbugging your app and get more details about the exception?
