Do you see the same behavior with the latest release, Semantic Logging Application Block - Out-of-process Service 1.1.1403.1?

YES,it still throws same error

i have download EnterpriseLibrary.SemanticLogging.Service.1.1.1403.1 package from Nuget. but when i try to run install-packages.ps1 from tools i get message

You are about to automatically download the following NuGet package dependencies required to runt the service:
-EnterpriseLibrary.SemanticLogging v1.1.1403.0

and some other assemblies with the same version. But note that its trying to download v1.1.1403.0 not v1.1.1403.1.
I am using .Net 4.5 not 4.5.1 if that make any difference.

Is semantic logging still in testing phase? can we use it in production environment? I'm seeing a lot of differences in what NuGet downloads vs whats available as a part of Enterprise Lib 6.0,
eg
SQL Script for generating logging DB
