I am working on a website with multiple languages. I need to be able to display the message using ErrorType and LanguageID how can I make the MessageTemplate message dynamic.

Ok I did some reading and found some answers. We are using a database but also using .resx files to change our strings in the aspx pages to make the pages language specific. If I have a Customer class and and add a attribute to the Name property with a MessageTemplate message will this string show up in the .resx file for the page where the Customer class is being used?

No, it's just like specifying a value in the MessageTemplate property in the entlib config tool.  You can add tokens in this property if you want parts of your message to change dynamically.
