reading configuration in a .dll project

Hi,

I am working on an application that because of specifications must be a class library (.dll) and exposed as COM.

the problem is that this application needs another .dll that is using the Enterprise Library.

that other .dll was originally created to be used in a .exe project, so the configuration was in the .exe project but in this case, there won't be an .exe.

is there a way around it? I know the configuration has to be defined within a project whose output is an .exe because .dlls don't own configuration files, but is there a way around?

Thanks in advance.
