The DAAB works with a plugable provider model, so adding new support should not require changing code, just adding new code. If you create a new Database class, you will need to provide a mapping from the ADO.NET 2.0 provider name to the Database class in the configuration file (this topic describes the steps ms-help://MS.VSCC.v80/MS.VSIPCC.v80/ms.EntLib.2006Jan/EnterpriseLibrary/html/03-02-010-Entering%20Configuration%20Information.htm).
