Exception Handling doesn't Log

I've just started using enterprise library to deal with exceptions within my app. What I want is to log the exceptions according to my components (DAL components, UI components, etc).

I've configured the Exception Handling block using the EL configuration application, but when an exception is thown it doesn't log the ex.

In my web.config I got the following code:
