Application Disposed Method Fired.

We have a web page that is trying load on an ASP 2.0 app and we are using the January 2006 release of the Enterprise Library and the Exception Handler seems to be throwing an error that we are having a hard time to figure out what it is. No stack trace or specific error is provided.
