Caching nunit tests

Hi,
I have noticed that after running nunit from the commandline:

>nunit-console Microsoft.Practices.EnterpriseLibrary.Caching.Tests.dll /fixture="Microsoft.Practices.EnterpriseLibrary.Caching.Tests.CacheFactor
yFixture"

it generates the following:

Unhandled exceptions:
1) : System.AppDomainUnloadedException: Attempted to access an unloaded AppDomain.
2) : System.AppDomainUnloadedException: Attempted to access an unloaded AppDomain.
3) : System.AppDomainUnloadedException: Attempted to access an unloaded AppDomain.

This is a problem for me because I use cruise control and nunit tasks. Cruise control fails the tests, even through they all pass, because the task throws the above exceptions.

Any suggestions on how to solve this problem?

Barry - If you're using NUnit 2.4 then the following thread may be applicable: http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?thread_name=BAY126-DAV543E9902021A7F008738AD3610%40phx.gbl&forum_name=nunit-users

Basically: Remove / disable the <legacyUnhandledExceptionPolicy enabled="1" /> configuration from the nunit-console.exe.config.
