Hi,

In the previous DAAB 4.0, when I have an Oracle stored procedures that returns a resultset, I need a output cursor.  See below for an example.  I had to modify the existing DAAB code to allow the client to pass the ref_cursor name.  I was wondering if this had been fixed in 4.1

CREATE OR REPLACE PROCEDURE GET_An_item(

i_m IN VARCHAR2,

i_description IN VARCHAR2,

    o_cursor_name OUT Types.cursor_type) AS

BEGIN

DECLARE

  begin

     description := i_description || '%';

  OPEN o_cursor_name FOR

 SELECT

 FROM

    action

 WHERE

  measure_type = i_measure_type

 And

    action_desc LIKE description

 Order by

  action_desc;

end;

END GET_ACTIONS_BY_MEASURE_DESC;

/

Anyone has any idea if in 4.1 this issue has been incorporated or fixed.

Thanks

Still you have to do what you have done in Ent 4.0

you can check http://www.codeproject.com/KB/database/MultipleRefCursors.aspx
