I would just like to confirm if Semantic Logging Application Block is currently not supported on C++. I've tried downloading the package through visual studio yet the package configuration file was not automatically updated. I've also downloaded casablanca
rest sdk just to make sure if there is no problem in my project, yet it worked. Moreover, the lack of any sample or discussion on the net regarding SLAB on c++ made me think so too.
I'm a newbie on c++ and Windows development so I may be just making a mistake, so please do correct me if I'm having a wrong assumption.
Any response would be really appreciated. Thanks.
The issue seems to be with Newtonsoft:
Could not install package 'Newtonsoft.Json 5.0.8'. You are trying to install this package into a project that targets 'Native,Version=v0.0', but the package does not contain any assembly references or content files that are compatible with that
framework. For more information, contact the package author.
I think this is an issue with NuGet -- see
for something similar.
Once I got the assemblies (downloaded on a C# project) I was able to add reference to the binaries to a managed C++.
