I have a development team that's using NHibernate for business entities and also very familiar with using log4net. They are designing a new ASP.NET application using VS2008 & .NET 3.5. Can some one give a fair assessment of Log4net vs. EntLib 4.1.

Some justification for using Log4net is based on an older evaluation: http://weblogs.asp.net/lorenh/archive/2005/02/18/376191.aspx

Can someone give an update on this old assessment.

Thanks,
Jack

I can't find any comparison yet for 4.1 and log4net but these threads give some insight.
