Unity: How to specify the folder to load dependencies

Earlier I’ve used MEF to load my plugins from %app folder%\Plugins\ directory but now I want to use Unity block.

How can I specify the directory where unity should search the assemblies to resolve dependencies?

Unity uses the standard .NET mechanisms to load assemblies.  You can investigate codebases and probing paths or a custom assembly resolver (http://entlib.codeplex.com/discussions/363098) to use alternate locations.
