I receive this message whe I exectute my app:

One instance of user solicited in sequence of connection... but the server is not support for this option:
Uma instância do usuário foi solicitada na seqüência de conexão, mas o servidor especificado não dá suporte para esta opção.

Changed database context to 'master'.
Changed language setting to us_english.

This is my form lod method:
