Logging DatabaseTraceListener should make use of DAAB

Enable the use of the DAAB for the implementation of the DatabaseTraceListener for Logging.

Currently stored procedures are mandatory. Of which - only a SQL Server script is provided in the source. (tip: please provide Oracle scripts in the future)

Isn't one of the goals of the DAAB (and MEL as a whole) to be agnostic and customizable? What's more agnostic and customizable than configuring your DatabaseTraceListener like so:

Database: (from DAAB in config)
CommandType: (choose form SQLText or StoredProcedure)
CommandText: (type in either SQL or Stored Procedure name)

Also, modify the implementation to of Logging Categories to be defined in config rather than DB (it saves from having to implement category objects in DB)
