Hi All,

I have to log exceptions into database(SqlServer, Oracle, Mysql) using logging application block.  As I am new to enterprise library, so please provide me some guidance(Steps or some small application that implements same).

Thanks in advance

The Developer's Guide has a section on Logging to a Database.

But the Guide only referred to the local database, if I would like to log information into an Oracle database, what should I do? Can you give me some examples? Thanks a lot!

If you are using the System.Data.OracleClient provider then all that is required is to create a Database Instance in the configuration tool (and supply the connection string and set the provider to OracleClient).

If you are using ODP.NET then you may want to look at using the Oracle ODP.NET Data Provider from the Enterprise Library contrib project.
