We are upgrading the Enterprise Library 2.0 to 5.0. We are using Exception handling and data access features.

We migrated the code to .NET 4.0 (Visual studio 2010 with Framework 4.0). We would like to know if we need to rewrite the code or just the migration would be enough.

Has anyone tried it

I can't tell exactly. It would depend on what features you are currently using. There are some methods that has been deprecated. You may also decide to take advantage of EntLib's new features. For complete details about what's new and what has changed, kindly refer to Entlib5 ChangeLog.
