If you running on Vista, you need to have a new command shell with elevated credentials (Run as Administrator) and execute the script RegAssemblies.bat from there...
If not you will get the message (for each assembly registration), "The installation failed, and the rollback has been performed. Microsoft (R) .NET Framework Installation utility Version 2.0.50727.1434
Copyright (c) Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved."
if you try to run this script directly with elevated credentials (Run as Administrator) from script folder you will get error:
"The system cannot find the path specified. An error occured in RegAssemblies.bat - 1
Press any key to continue . . ."
So just use your old CMD console friend and Run it as Administrator, locate the script folder and type the RegAssemblies.bat there... and go....
