Best Practice Entlib Referencing

I have multi-tier apps I will be storing in Team Foundation Server.

Which Entlib reference should I be using?

Install entlib on dev and TFS, then through the .Net tab in the Add Reference dialog

Copy the DLLs into a solution folder and then reference them

If this is the case, which dll location? Installation folder, source code? etc.

Basically, there are many copies of the blocks, from source to compiled, signed or not. Which is best in my scenario?

Thanks in advance,

Richard

It's best to use the signed assemblies.  If you're going to install you're application on machines which you are not sure if EntLib is installed or not, then it's better to go with the approach of copying the signed assemblies from the installation folder to a solution folder and reference them from that location.
