VS.NET Config Tool and signed assemblies

We have signed the Ent Lib 4.1 assemblies with our company public/private key.

1.) How do I get the vs.net config tool to recognize those newly signed dlls.  Right now they seem to ignore that we have placed them in particular local directory.

What do I set the solution property EnterpriseLibraryConfigurationSet to? (machine/microsoft signed/entlib41src)?  Right now i have it set to machine and i have updated the registry

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\VisualStudio\8.0\Packages\{488366a4-630c-4a0e-a6a2-b019cee13bea}\ConfigurationEditor\ConfigurationUIPluginDirectory  with value pointing to the directory where our company signed dll's are located.

Which key in the registry am i suppose to update (to point to our dlls?)
