AppDomain for ASP.NET Web Application

Hello all,

I recently wired up the Database Trace Listener for all logging activites using EntLib June 2006 (ver. 2.0) for my ASP.NET web application. And after throwing a Foo! exception I looked in the database to find me error message and lo and behold there it was! Very cool! I'd like to start using this one database and tables for many applications both WinForm and ASP.NET. I need to be able to differientiate between the different applications logging to these tables. I planned on using the AppDomain column because in a WinForm application it lists the executible name ("FooApp.exe"). But for an ASP.NET application the AppDomain is when using VisualStudio Web Server.exe = 53acae46-7-128462057696607876 or when using Local IIS Web Server = /LM/W3SVC/1/Root/CBCImportWebClient-1-128462061380578632. I wanted this to be the DLL or something that I can logically use to identify different applications.

Any one else doing this? Any ideas?

Thanks,
Justin

:Bump:

Is there a way to edit the AppDomain.FriendlyName for an ASP.NET Application?
