Enviroment Paths in Config Util?

Hi i was just wondering if you can use enviromental paths in the config util for the log file location?

for example %appdata%/ApplicationName/Logs/errors.log

So this would save the file in the app data folder which by default is C:\Users\{ Username }\AppData\local

Yup, this should work.

But take note that if the case is using environment variables for the file path of a File Configuration Source this will not work.

Thanks for the quick response.

What does the File Configuration Source relate to?

No relations.

Just had the thought to share the information if in case you decided to use a separate config file and you also came up with using environment variables to locate that config file, which will not work same way as the log file. ;-)
