I'm using the EHAP with Logging to write to the Event Log. I am testing the app locally with Visual studio's built-in web server. All working beautifully except the timestamp is incorrect in the log output. eg.

Timestamp: 2007/08/09 5:48:19
Message: HandlingInstanceID: 3464e06f-6cec-4c34-b00f-ccb0319150e7
An exception of type 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' occurred and was caught.
08/09/2007 14:48:19
Type : System.Web.HttpUnhandledException, System.Web..........

(The correct time was 14:48:19.) So the timestamp inside the exception message is correct but the traceouput timestamp is -9 hours out.
Documentation says this "is represented by the return value of the System.Diagnostics.Stopwatch.GetTimeStamp method." Can I configure this to use local system time?

Yes, in your formatters template add in

template="Timestamp: {timestamp(local)}
