can LoggingApplicationBlock do asynchronous logging?

Hi everybody,

do you know if the LoggingApplicationBlock supports asynchronous logging? I could not find anything about it in the documentation. If there is no build-in support are there any concerns about putting the call to Logger.Write() into another thread (e.g. by using ThreadPool.QueueUserWorkItem())? Are the classes of this block thread safe?

It effectively does asynchronous logging through the MSMQ TraceListener.

If you wanted something different, you could create a custom tracelistener.
