Hi all,
I studied the Enterprise library validation block . I can use the attribute or the configuration file to make class fields validations.
I want to check the oportunity to validate controls values. I mean , when a user input a text in a textbox I want to validate it.
I tried to put the attribute above the control definition in the designer , alse tried to make a property of the textbox but no success .

What can be the proplem.

It doesn't work that way.

I recommend installing the Enterprise Library 3.0 Source Code and viewing the Validation Application Block QuickStart, called ValidationQuickStart. It provides an example of using the ValidationProvider and ErrorProvider Controls to validate winform controls on a form.
